Adorable couple alert! Big Sean and Ariana Grande have reportedly gotten serious fast. A source close to the couple claims that “it’s gone from 0 to 60 fast” between the two, and they had “chemistry immediately.” Ari and Sean first collaborated on her single “Right There” back in 2013, and they have been friends ever since. However, since Ariana, 21, broke it off with boyfriend Jai Brooks, and Sean, 26, called off his engagement to Glee’s Naya Rivera in April, the two quickly became an item. “Sean asked Ariana out in a romantic way and they went to the movies,” the confidant explains. “Now it’s gotten serious very fast. Sean and Ariana have been playing coy when it comes to their romance, but the two were spotted holding hands backstage at the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards recently, and when asked about her love life during a “Today Show” appearance, Ariana coyly revealed that she is very “happy”. When asked by Matt Lauer if anyone has “captured her attention”, “Oh my goodness,” she replied, embarrassed. Then, attempting to deflect, she added, “Has anybody captured your attention?” Lauer responded that he’d been married for 15 years (to wife Annette), which prompted Grande to joke, “Same! I just haven’t told anybody!” Pressed for a real answer, she played coy. “Oh my goodness. Y’all are putting me on the spot,” the “Problem” hitmaker stalled, before finally saying simply, “I’m happy.”
Big Sean isn’t speaking out on the Ariana relationship subject either, but he sure does have a lot to say about other things. The rapper recently released a song, produced by Kanye West, titled “Don’t F*** With You”. The song addresses a “crazy b****” that Sean wants everyone to know that he doesn’t “F***” with anymore. Could this song be a dig at his ex, Glee star Naya Rivera? The recording artist and the Glee actress called off their engagement in April just six months after the musician popped the question. “After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off,” a rep for Big Sean said in a statement obtained by E! News. “The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue.”Naya later went on to marry Ryan Dorsey in a secret surprise ceremony. The wedding took place on July 19, which was, ironically, the original wedding date that the actress set with rapper Big Sean. Sources close to the couple say that many of Naya’s family and friends did not even know she was dating Ryan, much less planning to marry him.
