Easy Ways to Get Pregnant

This may seem like an odd topic to pursue but some women do not know when to have intercourse in order to get pregnant quickly. There is really only a handful of ways to make this happen quicker. Below is a list of the easiest ways to become pregnant quickly. Claim Your 20 Free Pregnancy Tests – Click Here

Preconception visit

Set this up with your doctor when you have decided that you are ready to conceive a child. This is kind of a no-brainer but you might be surprised at how many females do not think this is an important move to make. This is actually the best move to make first; getting mommy healthy before baby can “occupy” mommy. Your doctor may put you on prenatal vitamins, clear up any infections with antibiotics, or even recommend a nice healthy diet.

Have intercourse

DUH! However, what I mean by this is to have it more frequently, if you are only performing this action once a week, pick things up. Try once every other day or once a day. At this pace during your ovulation you will have a higher chance of getting pregnant. Prior to your ovulation pick up the pace, once a day or more!

Chart your cycle

If you begin months ahead of time knowing that you “want” to have a baby soon after, begin to chart your cycle. This makes it easier for you to know when you ovulate. When you ovulate this is the best time to get pregnant, eggs are passing through the fallopian tubes and ready for fertilization.

Be aware of the sperm

Sperm count and speed are really important when it comes to conception. Be sure your spouse is doing all he can in order to have a lot of quick sperm to “hit the target” so to speak. There are things he should not wear, just as there are foods he should not consume, and others that help boost the sperm.

Do not stress

There have been studies that suggest your body and the stress you are under are directly linked. Your stress level can cause hormonal imbalances which changes your menstrual cycle, thus changing the time frame of your ovulation; or completely skipping a month all together. Try to let the small things roll away, do not panic over everything, odds are you cannot fix it all anyway.

Patience

Be as extremely patient as you possibly can be, it is highly unlikely that you will start out trying and then five weeks later be pregnant. If you are patient with the process you will be less stressed about it overall.

And my personal favorite…

Have fun!

This is something that really was probably passed down as an old wives tale, but in my opinion, it is the best piece of advice that I ever received when trying to conceive my oldest child. As well as the best piece of advice I gave a friend of mine when she and her husband were having troubles conceiving. She did not have luck with treatments or any medication at all. Instead, she charted her cycle for three months, learned when she ovulated, then spent a month not actively trying due to new jobs for her and her husband; their first weekend off work together in six weeks they took off on a mini vacation and thoroughly enjoyed themselves without any worries. Six short weeks later she called with the exciting news and a big “thank you” for telling her to relax and enjoy herself. Now my God Son is a happy healthy one year old. In theory, having fun relaxes your body, kills stress, and makes it possible for your eggs to pass easily and conception to happen more naturally.
